Renovating bathrooms involves multi-trades (plastering, plumbing, tiling, flooring) and as we cover all these areas we are able to project manage and carry out bathroom refurbishments from start to finish. We have refreshed and re-modeled current spaces, built stud-frame works to create new layouts and carried out all works involved in bathroom renovations.

Including internal re-modelling

  • Old bathroom and storage / boiler cabinet stripped out.

  • All tiling removed, walls back to brickwork.

  • Ceiling removed

  • Unstable breeze block wall between bathroom and bedroom removed and new stud frame wall created.

  • Wall removed and stud frame erected to create inset shower valve unit.

  • Stud frame used to create ingressed storage and inset bath taps.

  • New electrics installed (by separate qualified tradesmen)

  • Plasterboarding and overskimming to all walls & ceiling.

  • New radiator and pipework for bathroom suite plumbed in.

  • Whirlpool bath, dual monsoon shower and bathroom suite fitted.

  • Boxing in behind toilet & sink unit.

  • Tiling to floor and walls.
