Client brief: Home-owners wanted open-plan kitchen diner created by removal on internal wall.

A wall was removed between the small kitchen and small dining room to create a large open-space kitchen diner. The following works were carried out by us:

• Non-load bearing wall removed between kitchen and dining room and removal of central units and sink.

• Stripping out of old kitchen.

• Blocking up of double doors leading to living room to create single entry door.

• Remedial plastering works to ceiling and walls

• Kitchen redesigned and sink moved.

• New kitchen fitted.  "Juno" range by Magnet.

• New appliances fitted and plumbed in.

• New electric board and electric sockets (by separate qualified Electrician).

• Tiling to splash-backs

• Laminate floor fitted.
