Client brief: Modernisation of dated kitchen needed. Kitchen compromised of a larder, pantry and small kitchen. Wanted an larger open plan kitchen diner.

The following works were carried out by us:

  • Load-bearing wall between pantry and kitchen removed and replaced with RSJ.

  • Stripping out of old kitchen.

  • Under-stairs storage area created.

  • Concrete floor levelled out and screeded.

  • Plastering to all walls and ceiling.

  • Complete kitchen redesign.

  • New kitchen fitted.  Kitchen - "Faktum Abstrakt Grey" by Ikea.

  • New appliances fitted and plumbed in.

  • Electric works - new sockets, light switches (moved), spot lighting to ceiling (by separate qualified Electrician).

  • Tiling to splash-backs

  • Laminate floor fitted.
